  • Panorama problem

    Hello,

I have made a Panorame and as you can see on the floor and the cielings its showing some kind of a plane. it looks like an box that is projected by the camera.

I'have used an standard max free camera and a target direct light with vray shadow.

does anybody now how to get rid of it or what this is?

    Thnx,

    Robert

    Robert,

How did you create the image? Did you override the standard camera with a spherical one in VRay or was it done using 6 'box mapped' images?

I think it is caused because the panorama exporter renders 6 separate images then stiches them together. Those lines you can see are the where the images are joined.

You should be able to prevent it happening by using a precalculated irradiance map and lightcache. For the caculation change the camera type to 'spherical' and change the fov to 360 degrees in the 'VRay Camera' rollup. Then use the saved solution when you render using the panorama exporter.
