I know there are a million threads on these subjects, but all seem to be for different problems from mine.
I just put together 4 node farm to add to my 3 station setup. I can get it to render with Backburner on any one node no problem, and I can get DR working on all nodes no problem, but I cannot seem to submit a DR job to Backburner and have it do a DR render. Is there a trick to that?
I have Max 2008 and the Vray license on my workstation, and on each node I just have Max 2008 installed but not activated (just for rendering). It's all 64 bit, the workstations are (3 of them) are XP64 Pro and the 4 new nodes are Vista Ultimate 64.
Thanks in advance!

This seems to be the same issue, but for some reason I cannot get Max to start at all on the new machines - it says licence expired, no 30 days grace so I can't create the config for DR. I also cannot find this file to hand-edit it: vray_dr.cfg Does that get a different name/location in Vista?
