  • Brute Force darker than Irradiance map solution

    Hi guys,

Got a big problem with my animation. I have rendered it as a Brute force solution, so brute force as primary bounce and lightcache (single frame) as secondary. This is rendering a lot darker than using a irradiance map/lightcache solution....any ideas what im doing wrong ???

Really need some quick help on this please..im stressing !

    Thanks in advance
    Regards

Do any of the lights have the "Store with Irradiance Map" option activated?

Yes they do...in fact most of them except a couple...I was trying to reduce render times as these renders were HD anyway the details were fine. Im guessing that is the problem Ive decided to do the scene without any moving objects now and crossfade to the moved version...running out of time...

Edit: Thanks for letting me know what it was...at least I know for future reference.
