Hi All,
I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with a small problem I have with vray animations from time to time. I have pictures to demonstrate.
In my animations I sometimes get white highlights appearing randomly in places - they spoil an otherwise flicker-free animation.
I used a pre-calculated irradiance map incremental add with light-cache pre-calculated also, set on flythrough. My settings are as follows:
Irradiance map pre-calculated - High Animation 80/90
Detail Enhancement on
LC - 2000 Subdivs - flythrough 0.01 sample size, screen.
On the actual render then -
Adaptive DMC 1/70
Area Filtering
The material that's flickering a bit is a vray material with 16 subdivs on the reflection rollout, 0.65 glossiness.
What am I doing wrong? Probably loads. A few pointers would be appreciated!
Regards,
J
