I'm having here continuable 3dsmax 2009 64bit crashes with the new VRayFastSSS2 Material and Irradiance map in Bucket Mode. If I use "Single Frame" mode everything is fine.
I only use Bucket Mode for fast testings, but nevertheless a bug is a bug.
Haven't time to test many scenes till now, but the error repeats itself. The 5% if it doesn't crash on the first rendered bucket, it renders very blotchy, strange dark spots into it, looks like a very crude irrmap or unfiltered light cache.
Nevertheless, SP3 is a great leap forward for the best renderer of the world, using almost all new features from day one for my first SP3 job and love it !!!
