White spots

I'm getting white spots on my rendering. they showed up when I added a few interior vray lights. I've since deleted them but the problem seems to be sticking. I've turned all lights so that they are invisible and also that they do not affect reflection. still getting the white spots. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Do they go away if you turn off refractive GI caustics?

No. Still getting them, although they are in different spots on the rendering now.

I deleted some cars that were in the scene and the white spots are now gone.

Probably the materials that were applied to the cars...most likely standard materials..they cause all sorts of problems.
