  • Problem with Elements when using Vray Sun Sky

    Hello all,

I have recently moved over from using a standard camera to using a vray camera with vray sun sky setup.

But when my elements come out I have had some really wierd results, when they are plug together the result in nothing like the rgb output.

I have successfully used a standard camera with standard, vray and photometric lighting on a LWF. My elements come out spot on and I can put them together to match the rgb exactly.

With the vray sun sky setup, the diffuse seems to come out containing Environment colours added to it. Also the Reflections and Refractions seem to come out with not the correct information.

The main current Elements I use are:

    Diffuse
    RawLighting
    RawGI
    RawReflections
    RawRefraction
    RefractionFilter
    ReflectionFilter
    Specular

Your help and advise would be much apreciated.

    Regards

    Magic Dan

      Diffuse Filter

      this is the diffuse filter....

the blue should be white as my walls are white in the diffuse slot... i imagine the colour is coming from the vray sky map. Theres like a blue tint over everythign, coul it be the white balance setting in the physical camera settings!

Does anyone else have this workflow sussed?
