Max crash with vray fog and user stupidness

If you hit "remove" under the lights panel in the VrayEnvironmentFog dialog when there's actually no light listed, Max will crash.

I know, I know... But it was soooo nice to reproduce, that I simply had to share my discovery - I couldn't just stop pressing it...
