Whats your problem, image looks just fine.

I guess he's referring to those random black lines, am I correct?
it may be a geometric problem, like coplanar faces. have you checked that? I wanted to have a peek at your settings, but imageshack it's just too painfully slow, I just couldn't be bothered. sorry about that.

you need to post your dmc sampler settings. I would guess you are having some issues related to that and your current antialiasing settings.

What is the scale of your scene? Is the object far from the coordinate system origin?
