DR won't start on certain machine.

Vista Business 64bit SP2 / 3dsMax 2009 64bit / VRay SP3(not A)

I turn on the spawner, it launches Max, that dumb info center thing pops up, and then Max disappears. Repeat. In the Event Log/Application, i'm getting:

hi duke2,
is it a new install on this machine? there was this thing with the backburner on a new install. just start the backburner server one time on this machine and close it again. then the dr spawner will start right again...
