I am getting dozens of these error on a project. I don't think it is a v-ray thing, but maybe some knows what the heck it going on. I can hit continue and it get through them, but the file starts to become unstable and keeps crashing.

Which 3ds Max and V-Ray version is that? Do you use any additional plugins?

3D MAX Design 2010 and the latest V-Ray. No plug-ins, just some scripts.

Ok then; do you get the error during rendering, or during scene manipulation?

If it happens during rendering, it will be helpful if you can email the scene to me at vlado@chaosgroup.com

Otherwise, there was at one point a similar issue if you use ObjectXYZ mapping type for some textures on a planar object without thickness, but it should be resolved in the latest builds. Whether this is the case in your scene though, I don't know.
