  • Reflection speckles

These dots appear in reflections. Even at somewhat higher settings adaptive DMC settings - 1,16; 0.005, these don't go away. The black border around has a negative value, while the dot itself has a value of above 30. The pixels around (lighting + GI + reflection + specular) are less than 3.

You're using a sharpening AA Filter. These have gegative Values in their Filtercurve resulting in the black fringes with values above 1.

Use subpixelmapping+Clamp output to get rid of the. Dont use a sharpening filter and avoid crazy overbright lights visible to reflection. Also what subdivs do you have on the mat ?

The subdivisions are set at 15, i thought that would be enough. I'm working with exr, and i'm not sure if i want to use the clamp option.
