DR & network rendering

I'm attempting to set up DR and network rendering in our office. The problem is I just don't seem to be able to get the Vray license to work at all. I have to log in as administrator to load up Viz 2008 and Vray but when I have finished, log in as me and activate the dr spawner the icon for the spawner appears......then disappears! Do I need to have admin rights to all machines I wish to use as render slaves?

Also, when inputing the info into the Vray license config. do I insert the IP address/computer name into the Primary or Alternative license server?

This is getting right on my tits! Please help me......anyone!

The icon that goes on and off looks like a Firewall issue. Take a look in the windows control panel, to see if it is in the exceptions, as it should be.

You do not need to be admin on all the render slaves. just make sure that the user has read/write rights on the server or drive you save your maps and images to.
