vray 2010 installer is crashing

I downloaded the vray 1.5 sp3a max2010 installer several times now, but cant manage to install it. 1 sec after double-clicking it, I get the attached error message.

any idea what this could be?

This might happen if you are installing from a network location. Try copying the file locally and see if it works. The other reason could be if the file is not downloaded properly.
