VRL Server error

I've removed the dongle, then when i put it back i got this message when i start V-Ray license server..

It is because the previous instance of the license server is still running. When you unplug the dongle, the license server continues to run (although it will not grant licenses).

I restarted several times before realizing that the licese server somehow 'learned' to load on startup (before i needed to start it manually)
