VRay (32) under XP (64) - License trouble

Hi there, I need to run 3ds max (2008/32Bit) on XP (64) because of
a specific plugin. After a lot of hassle replacing the 32Bit license
server with a 64 bit one, http://localhost:30304/getstatus shows
that I have a free license, but VRay (32) can't access it.

Is there a way to solve this?

It works, I mixed the NFR with ADV installer. Didn't recognize this,
would be good to have some status on Dongle / License Server
to see what version/kind of VRay is currently installed.
