Preventioin of ringing

Dear all whats the best way to prevent ringing, get it on reflective surfaces especially when modelling flourescent lights etc, just looking for general tips right now, ringing here is on back right light at top

To avoid the ringing, you must use a blurring, rather than a sharpening AA filter (e.g. area, triangle, soften).
