Best anti-aliasing filter for animation thanks

Dear everyone,

I am beginning to dip my toes into v ray animation, eith mixed results, waging the war on "flicker", question, which is the best anti aliasing filter to use please, also any other advice on settings gratefully recieved

I dont know what is the 'best' aa filter for animation but flicker is not caused by an anti aliasing filter.

Its probably due to incorrect or insufficient GI settings.
