Vray DR problems on 3ds max 20010 with sp1

hi eveyone i have the following problem when i start the DR on Vray with max 2010 + sp1 on my project i got these buckets on errors ( see my atthachments) , the machines are using Windows Xp with sp3
What can be wrong ?
