Contact Chaos about Broken WiBU Key

To whom it may concern over @ Chaos.

We have a broken WiBu key (as in really broken, snapped in two)

I mailed support@chaosgroup.com about getting it replaced a couple of weeks
back, but I haven't received an answer yet.

Is anything wrong with that email adress ? and if so, whom should I contact
about getting a new WiBu Key ??

Did you got the dongle directly from chaosgroup? We broke ours some time ago and a short mail to the reseller here in germany from where we got the dongle solved the problem, we had a new dongle 2 days later.

Can you email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com or send me a private message with your email address? It could be that your email ended in a spam folder. You can also call any of the phone numbers on our website.

It appears that we actually replied to your email (the reply was sent on Januray 6th) - is it possible that it went to a spam folder or something?

thats weird... I don't recall ever NOT receiving mail from you guys.
I recieved a mail from Zori now though, so it's all good.

Instead of getting the one fixed, we're going to opt for getting all licenses transfered to just two keys for easy maintenance (and plug them into computers that never get touched, so they can't break )

Not right now though, I can't even look over the pile of work were shoveling anymore, so probably somewhere in the next 2/3 weeks
