  • "Link to PDplayer" ?

    Hi,

does anyone using PDplayer know how to use this new VFB button ?

    Thanks,
    Axel

If you have PDPlayer installed, clicking on this button should open PDPlayer and show you the rendered image there, along with all the render elements. While the button is turned on, the image in PDPlayer will be automatically updated after each new rendering is complete.

    Best regards,

      Thanks, vlado!

The problem was (and still is), that i´m working with the 32-Bit version of MAX which wants to open the 32-Bit PDplayer, which i don´t have installed. Its working with 64-Bit MAX and 64-Bit PDplayer. Perhaps it would be possible to make this configurable.

      Great feature though!

      Best regards,
      Axel

There should be no problems if you install the 32 bit Pdplayer as well. The two versions can coexist.

Yes, there is no problem to have them installed; the problem is that the 32-bit version of V-Ray attempts to always start the 32-bit version of PDPlayer, while Axel has only the 64-bit version installed. It's something that I have overlooked, and I've made a note to try and find a work-around.

          Best regards,
