Display of vray ies lights

I've started using Vray ies lights in a couple of projects. Every so often, the display of them in the VP goes a bit haywire - for example, if I clone one to move it to another floor, the cloned one will be stretched, seemingly to infinity, off my screen. To clear it up, I have to manually reload the ies file it is associated with.

Not sure if this causes a problem when rendering, but its annoying when setting up my scenes.
