I have my units set to metres but, I find that when trying certain things for example; the vray camera, I have the most incredibly difficult time getting the DOF to work in any way at all. Trying to get the effective range of the dof to work with the f-stop and exposure etc... is a complete nightmare.
I have also experienced major problems with dirt, fog and lighting parameters - I know its not entirely my fault because I have done some tutorials to the letter and cannot recreate the same effects on my machine without doing some major settings changes.
Has anyone else experienced this ?
