Vray error

This may not be a Vray error issue (as with many error messages we Vray users get) but I keep getting a error dialogue saying 'cannot create map' when I try to save a render to file. Is this a memory error or something else going on?

Help....please....It's happening at least twice a day and really getting on my tits.

sounds like a path issue to me

You will also get this error when there is not enough RAM to create the image buffer that gets written to disk. Are you using a 32-bit version of 3ds Max?
