  • Physical camera shifts: viewport matching renders?

I know there is an issue with Max that prevents camera offsets matching 1:1 between viewport and render - do the camera shift parameters have this problem too?

I'm having a lot of problems getting my output to match up to layouts that fit perfectly in the viewport.

    Thanks /b

The shift should be accurate in the viewports (the vertical one, at any rate).

    Best regards,

Im actually having problems with this, the rendered vertical shift is not matching the viewport shift at all. Ive tried recreating the camera to no avail.

I was not able to track it down other than assume the vertical shift was off. I just adjusted around it.

Hm, the vertical shift should be fine, at least it is in my tests. Is it possible to get us a scene for this to vray@chaosgroup.com?

            Best regards,
            Vlado
