System error 577

Hi guys,
I installed the SP5 last week I think and haven't used MAX since so I'm not sure if the SP5 is the problem or something else....but when I want to start the licence server (I still do it manually) I get that error. Any ideas?

It's running on MAX 2009 SP1 and Vista 64.

did you update the wibu drivers?

Can't remember. Is there a separate driver or did it come with SP5?

its part of the standard VRay for 3dsmax install

I reinstalled it and still I get that error. After that first window I get a second pop up saying "Could not initialize license server. Please check that your dongle is attached." Of course, it is attached and I hear a sound from Windows when I unplug, and plug it in again. So I guess it's working.
