vray spawner error......

Anyone know what this means?:

"Ping not received from host 10.10.12.41 for 622647 millisceonds."
"Render Host not responding"

Then it starts doing this for all of the render nodes.

What are the render nodes doing at that time?

While I am in the middle of doing the IR map calculations and also the rendering the render nodes just start one by one giving that error and stop working. It does not happen all the time. Was happening a bit a couple weeks ago then the problem disappeared....now it is back.
