  • VrayFur not using 100% CPU

    Hello all..
recently i was looking and saw (on the task menager) that when i have vrayfur in the scene it does not uses 100 % of CPU when callculating LC.. when i hide vrayFur i got 100% of CPU and my LC callculates more then twice faster...
i am using new dual intel XEON 5650 with total of 12 cores (24 with HT on), with 24 GB of ram..
my settings for LC number of passes is 24- is that correct?
and dynamic memory limint i am not sure what number should i put?
for 24 BG of ram i should put 2/3 of total which is 16000 MB- is that correct too?

    Thanks

try tesselating the mesh under the fur object. with a fine mesh it should go way faster.
        don't know why tho
