Error Creating Autodesk 3dsmax 2010 (64-bit) Plugin Instance

When i try to render using my machine as a renderfarm, the server find this problemm.
"error creating autodesk 3dsmax 2010 (64-bit) plugin instance"

Does anyone know what i can do to fix this ?
Alredy run all hotfixes, sp1, etc...

i don´t get it to work... the backburnercfg command is not valid...

someone is better in programming-coding...vlado please...if you have some seconds...
