reflection black squares ?!

Yes I set cutoff to 0 in reflection settings but still same problem.

It might help if you increase the min. samples for the Adaptive DMC image sampler, and/or increase the bucket size. The problem is that in that bucket none of the initial rays ever hits the bright object, so V-Ray does not place additional samples.
