  • Splines- "enable in viewport" switches back to ON after render.

I have just discovered that when vray finishes rendering that all splines in the scene will have their "enable in viewport" setting set to on automatically. Scanline will not change this setting.

The splines will render correctly but this is a problem with files with many splines as this setting greatly affects interactivity.

It can be recreated easily: open new file, create spline, add some thickness, switch on enable in renderer, switch off enable in viewport, render using vray and when render finishes setting for enable in viewport will be on.

    Anyone had a similar problem?

Never noticed it before but I can confirm it does happen in Max 9 x64 too.
    www.dpict3d.com - "That's a very nice rendering, Dave. I think you've improved a great deal." - HAL9000... At least I have one fan.

Does anyone have solution for this problem?

Vlado, are you aware of this bug?
Is there anything I can do about it? I am working with a file with a lot of splines and it is very difficult and slow to work with them on all the time.

        Thanks
