rawlighting noise ?

Did somebody know if such noise and colored artifacts are generated by the IrriMap detail enhancement?

I don't think so; in general V-Ray will only sample the dome light to the extent necessary to produce a good RGB image. So if the RGB image is fine in these areas, V-Ray will not spend additional samples, even if the raw light element is still noisy.
