3dSpot.com has a typo i guess?

I was just reading the manual on the Rendering an animation with moving objects II. I guess there is typo. Under part 1 Generating the irradiance maps it states:
1.6.4. Select the Animation(rendering) mode from the Mode drop down menu.
but doesnt it need to be set to Animation(prepass) ?
