  • 'Blicks' - can't get rid of...

Hello, What am I supposed to do to get rid of those 'blicks' or whatever You might call'em. Many attempts are behind but the problem still exists. I got rid of splotches but the render time of this region render is half an hour :/.

The mat is simple vraymat without any reflections...

What to can I do more?

    thx in advance...

They might mean that your light cache settings are too low. What does the light cache itself look like?

    Best regards,

Yep, but what does it look like if you render with the light cache as a primary engine (in addition to keeping it as a secondary one)?

You can try turning on prefiltering for the light cache to smooth it out a bit. In V-Ray 2.0 you can also use the "Retrace threshold" option to avoid the problem.

Ok then. The other thing to do is increase the light cache subdivs a bit (maybe 1500 or 2000). Iincreasing the sample size a little might help too.

                Best regards,
