Hi there,
I am currently rendering some extruded letters with grass for which I use Vray-Fur. Now please have a look at the attached image. See these strange artefacts (looking like cuts) on the single blades of grass/fur !?
Can anyone give me a hint where they do come from? I have 5 lights in the scene. 4 Vray lights and one directional light. After testing the single lights it seems that most of these artefacts/cuts are coming from the directional light. Could this be due to the subdivs in the light??? Any suggestions?
