  • vray2 with particle view and RT

    I'm having a problem with some particles not rendering correcting using DR or the standard Vray renderer but they DO seem to render how I would expect them too in RT, which is completely confusing me.
    As you can see from the images the RT particles render fine. (basic vray mat, with a opacity map) but in the DR images the particles are virtually invisible. Does anyone have any clues as to what is going wrong?

    When I disable the mapping and material nodes in PV the local machine renders just the particles sphere (sans material) but the DR nodes render with material but this time correctly.
    Is this a bug or am I doing something seriously wrong here?

      okay, I think it was my mistake. Shouldn't have had a "mapping" node in the PF removing that sorted it out. Thanks for listening...
