I have a strange problem with VRayDisplacementMod.
I put a 16bit tiff grayscale texture on a plane as a displace. It is a 127 grey texture with some white and some black spots.
And result is - from black to 127 grey elevation is maybe 0,6cm. From 127 grey to white is maybe 2,5cm. But why? It has to be linear, hasnt it?
