Lag!? ( due to material or material editor )

I'm testing vray 2.0 to see if our workplace should upgrade and found that when the material editor was open, there would be times of lag, especially when coming back from a render.

questions is, anyone else finding lag issues cause by materials or material editor?

For now its back to 1.5, more stable it seems.

In another file I'm getting this. // EDIT < Nevermind, this is irrelevant. Because of the problem below, I forgot I had enabled "update active material only"

There are no changes in this regard for V-Ray 2.0; I have not seen similar issues. When you say there is a lag, what exactly happens?
