strange error after sleep mode

Well, when i turn on the comp after sleeping mode a window appears (see attach.). I've got vista business 64x

This is not a program that is part of the V-Ray package... I don't know what this program does.

omg u're right... it's rayv not vray - an app that transmitts tv...lol sorry for that - names are very similar
