My Zdepth comes out as solid color, no depth information. Using Physical camera, in the Zdepth min/max I have a proper depth, saving to 32bit EXR and still no info if a ramp exposure both ways. Any ideas?
It might be in there with colour values that aren't that good looking at the start - are you clamping the zdepth element and what program are you using to view / use the depth channel? It might be a case of brightening or darkening the channel to bring it into the normal black to white range?
Found it. For some reason it was a VERY small range, casual exposure scrolling went right past it. Had range of 30 ft to 60 ft, object is roughly 40-45, so though it would be more prominent.
Thanks though!
