vrlservice error

Hi, im in the unusual position of having to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall vray 2.0 (im recording a vray training course and need to demonstrate the installation process, and since its the first section im recording, im fluffing my lines a bit.) anyway, vray 2.0 has been working perfectly since i got it, but now, incredibly frustratingly, after uninstalling and reinstalling, i get an error -200 in max, and if i try to start the vrlservice i get this error:

one of the following licenses are required:
wibukey 25XXXX:775XXXX
failure reason: wibukey api error occured (error 17)!

since i actually have to appear like i know what im doing, it doesnt look great that i cant even install the software.. besides the fact it makes teaching it a little problematic.


any ideas?

ok seems i really dont know what im doing. just had to unplug and replug the wibu key.
