  • Back Burner Element Write Error

I'm using Back Burner to render some animations and keep running into an often but intermittent error. Our render farm is made up of a few Windows XP machines and a few Windows 7 machines all up to date. The error only occurs on the Windows 7 machines, XP machines just purr away no troubles. The problem seems to be when one of the Win7 nodes has completed a frame and has to write it and its render elements to disk. Its writing through the network to a file server, all computers have read/write access and every user and application is running with administrator privileges. On top of that the file server which is also a Win7 machine is being used as a render node also and even it can't write to its own HDD. To make things worse the machines getting the error retry the job a few times then skip to the next task and work fine until hitting the error again. The error could very well be a Back Burner issue rather than Vray though, hopefully someone can shed some light. See attached image for a better look.
