Depth of Field renders black

Hi

When I enable DOF in vrayphysicalcam, the render comes out almost black. I've tried a lot of things but nothing helps!

Anyone had similar problems?

Try turning off vignetting and see if your camera target is really close to the camera.

I've tried that. When turning off vignetting it gets bright again, but all fuzzy/blurred...

The target is about 4m away.

Is there anything weird in your camera render settings over ruling your camera focus? The vignetting was causing the darkening - I did the exact same thing a few years back!

Nope, I tried changing the camera render settings, but they don't have an effect. Afterwords I read that according to the manual they don't override the physical cam....!

Perhaps I should try setting up a normal camera!
