strange bright spots on ceiling

I got a chance to do this house last weekend. though client didnt noticed but i am struggling hard to get rid of those bright spots in ceiling.. i tried playing with chandelier 'light material' intensity etc but no much improvement..
ANy idea wht causing those ugly spots?

They look a bit like Light cache errors - what method are you using for your gi? Do you still get the same issues if you use an override material and make everything a flat grey? (Excluding windows)

got it! it was chandelier gems wch were creating those spots..
