Emailing problems

I am trying to email the Chaosgroup team to talk about trial versions, but my emails have biuced back from sales.software@chaosgroup.com and contacts@chaosgroup.com

What email should I be using?

Maybe try vray@chaosgroup.com? It'll normally get you in touch with Zori who's brilliant at getting back to you quickly!

hmm actually it depends, what error you getting with the bounce? Could be a wrong address, or any of a number of other things.

You could also try using a gmail account or similar, in case your email server is blacklisted for spam (check the contents of the bounced email to see if this is the case). This happened a few times recently, and our email server will refuse to accept the email in such cases. Nothing to do on our end about it though - you or your ISP must take care of delisting your email server.
