  • Problems with workstations and backburner server

When rendering an animation through backburner, our renderfarm blades are perfect, but for some reason, our workstations (when we add them into the job) fail.

ERR: Task error: [V-Ray] Could not obtain a license (0).
ERR: [V-Ray] Could not obtain a license (0).

    Any ideas why?

We are running Vray 1.5 RC5 on Max 2009 x64. All the machines are on the same OS and running same version of vray. Render nodes work just fine, and distributed rendering works just fine which includes the workstations and the render nodes - its just rendering backburner jobs on the workstations where we have the problem.

In this current job, we are not even using GI, so there are no solutions to confuse things.
    Kind Regards,
    Richard Birket
