  • Transparency glossiness not affecting alpha

Hi guys, this used to work in 1.5 - when you apply say 0.8 glossiness to the transparency of an object the alpha channel should blur to reflect the rendered output, giving you a clean mask for anything in or behind the said object.

When you do this in 2.0 the rendered output is "glossy" with a 0.8 value but the alpha channel is unaffected (as if a value of 1.0 was used).

Not sure if this is a bug or I've forgotten to turn something on,

    Cheers
    Greg.

Ooops found another set of bugs, IOR changes, bump maps and displacement(both material and vraymod) don't affect the alpha channel either - the alpha renders out with a IOR of 1.6 no matter what you set it to and bump maps/displacement don't effect the alpha. Again the rendered beauty pass is fine.
