  • sss2 material inconsitency

    Hi, I am finding some brightness inconsitency when it comes to the sss2 material, in the image a standard vraylight and a material light renders the same, but when I use "store with Irradiance map" on the vray light the material renders much brighter..

    Been following this thread hoping someone would respond.

    I noticed if I clamped the high range of the right image down in photoshop to 155/255 it resembles the other 2 renders. It's maddening. Why 100 value levels?! It has to be significant.

    Does this happen with and without clamping?
