Net render ignores multiple vray toon settings

EDIT: Nevermind, the problem wasn't repeatable after reboot

I have a scene with three vraytoons atmospheric effects added, each with an include on a different object and with different line thickness. Renders fine locally but when rendered via backburner the frames are rendered with only the first vraytoon applied to all objects.

Solutions and suggestions please?
