Here at work we've been having some problems getting the license server to work. Because we wanted to rule out network problems, we tried to install it on a local workstation with the dongle inserted, but that didn't work either.
We:
Have the dongle plugged in
Installed vray 2.0 workstation version + wibu drivers
Rebooted
Have the license information point to "localhost"
But still it doesn't work. Could this still be a network problem, where the pc is not allowed to contact the license server? The vrlservice does show that it's running locally. Otherwise, could it be a port problem? Or is the dongle broken in a way?
We've sent a mail to the support address, but they just say we should check if the dongle is plugged in, which it naturally is.
