Vray license error code -200

Hello,

Here at work we've been having some problems getting the license server to work. Because we wanted to rule out network problems, we tried to install it on a local workstation with the dongle inserted, but that didn't work either.

We:

Have the dongle plugged in
Installed vray 2.0 workstation version + wibu drivers
Rebooted
Have the license information point to "localhost"

But still it doesn't work. Could this still be a network problem, where the pc is not allowed to contact the license server? The vrlservice does show that it's running locally. Otherwise, could it be a port problem? Or is the dongle broken in a way?

We've sent a mail to the support address, but they just say we should check if the dongle is plugged in, which it naturally is.

Did you update your dongle with the 2.0 licenses? If you look at the license server web page, do you see a license for V-Ray 2.0?

Well, we bought vray 2.0 and used the dongle that was sent to us. Does this still mean we have to update it, or does a newly bought dongle come with a 2.0 license?
